Hal leads APROLA’s vision, strategy, and educational programs. His focus is giving immigrant business owners practical knowledge, useful resources, and the support to strengthen their businesses and their families’ futures.

Roberto leads APROLA’s partnerships, community engagement, and national expansion. He connects business owners, sponsors, and local leaders to create opportunities, strengthen relationships, and bring APROLA’s programs to more immigrant business families.

Anita connects Latino business owners with APROLA’s programs, events, and partnerships. She builds relationships across the Latino community to help more entrepreneurs and their families participate, learn, and connect.

Yvone leads APROLA’s community and social impact initiatives, bringing together volunteers and partner institutions. Her focus is creating programs that support immigrant business families and strengthen the communities they serve.
